Kitchen Refresh- Portland, OR
Scope: Updated kitchen, existing footprint
Timeline: 5 weeks
Key Features: Custom cabinetry + countertops, statement backsplash
Project Overview:
The homeowners wanted a more updated look to a previously dated kitchen- increase the style as well as the functionality. We replaced existing cabinets with a newer, more modern style and move the microwave to make room for a new hood vent. New hardware on the cabinets, new sink + faucet, and a striking backsplash were added to bring it all together.
Result:
A clean, bright kitchen that catches the eye while remaining practical.
Outdoor Living Room- Lake Oswego, OR
Scope: Entirely new outdoor space including outdoor kitchen
Timeline: 3 months
Key Features: New external doors, expansive stone patio, decorative wood patio cover with built in lighting, outdoor kitchen
Project Overview:
For this project we partnered with another design and construction company. The homeowners were looking to expand their living space making it a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor to enjoy those beautiful Oregon spring days and summer nights. This large project came together beautifully- stepping out of a large 4 pane glass door into their open space fit with a fireplace, grill, all under a beautiful wood lined cover. There is no direction that you can look that you don't see something both unique and show stopping.
Result:
A satisfied family that can spend their days both inside and out seamlessly.
Bathroom Remodel- Beaverton, OR
Scope: Full bathroom remodel
Timeline: 3 weeks
Key Features: Custom cabinetry + countertops, tile bathtub surround, updated fixtures (faucet, mirror, lights)
Project Overview:
This bathroom was outdated and heavily used by kiddos. It was time for an upgrade and mom wanted something more stylish and modern. While we worked with the existing floor plan, we did add in the tile tub surround for a little more flare.
Result:
A practical and stylish space that still fills the needs of a busy family.
New Patio Cover- Portland, OR
Scope: Adding a patio cover
Timeline: 2 weeks
Key Features: Shelter from the rain, sun, snow, and hail, built in lighting, attached to existing structure
Project Overview:
The homeowners for this project were in need of extra protection from the elements, the small overhang that existed previously wasn't going to cut it. This family was looking for something sturdy, affordable, and wouldn't take up a tremendous amount of room so they could still enjoy their large patio.
Result:
A practical cover which provides a dry space in the rain and shade in the sun, while still being able to enjoy the rest of the open space.
New Deck- Beaverton, OR
Scope: Replacing a deck, both structure and boards
Timeline: 4 weeks
Key Features: Wood railing, updated safety framing, beautiful natural wood
Project Overview:
The homeowners were in need of, what they thought, was a few deck boards. Upon taking a deeper look, unless they were wanting to replace the same boards within the next few years our team discussed the safety of updating some of the under framing as well. The family was also interested in adding a more attractive railing system.
We reinforced the deck's structure, laid down all new, wood deck boards, and added a sturdy and beautiful railing.
Result:
A classic wood deck that's safe and usable for years to come.
